Some of the tasks that can be included in our bookkeeping engagement:
- Data entry – Bank accounts will be linked to QuickBooks to import all transactions then I’ll code
each to the appropriate account. - Accounts Payable – I can record vendor invoices, reconcile vendor statements, issue payments
and produce monthly aging reports. - Accounts Receivable – I can record customer payments, issue statements and produce monthly
aging reports. - Account Reconciliation – This includes reconciliation of checking, savings and credit card
accounts on a monthly basis. Guest access will need to be established for all accounts. - Financial Statements – Monthly financial reports will be produced including Balance Sheet,
Profit & Loss and any additional reports agreed upon. - Sales Tax – I can track and file your local and state sales tax reports based on your assigned
schedule.
